Background

With over 30 years of experience of leading and developing people, in a career ranging from an Army Officer to Group Learning and Development roles in some of the UK and NZ’s largest organisations, I have learnt that most people want to grow and perform at their best; often they just don’t know how to – that’s the business I am in.

Pushing people and organisations in the right way, encouraging them to think clearly and to take action in ways they probably wouldn’t otherwise attempt is one of my key strengths. Making sure that whatever I do delivers a tangible return on investment is another.

My other passion is sport, watching it, playing it and as a qualified Personal Trainer, sometimes helping others to take part in it.
I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel Development (UK), qualified NLP trainer, Accredited Coach in the NeuroLeadership Group approach (formerly Results Coaching Systems) and Accredited TetraMap facilitator

Graham Hart

Background

Twenty five years business experience working in operations, Human resources and management consulting roles. I  began my career in retailing in the UK , moving from operational management into HR, Leadership development and business improvement project roles. I have  operated in senior management roles and managed teams of up to 10 professional managers.

For 7 years I  worked as a Director with Deloitte in Auckland managing their Human Capital practice. This certainly gave me the opportunity to  work in diverse industries from “Banking to Kindergartens!” in New Zealand and a number of countries in the Asia Pacific.

I started my own consultancy GHA Limited in 2004 focusing on fostering  leadership impact and organizational change flexibility.  I  operated as a Coach Consultant using consulting, facilitation, training, mediation and Executive Coaching as targeted interventions .  I also volunteer my  time as a Business Mentor and Coach.

A keen student of human nature and definitely a systems thinker I try to translate  insights from neuroscience research  into our training and facilitation approach. I am also a  trained and accredited Executive Coach with the Neuroleadership Group . I like to think of my style as being supportive, authentic commercial and results orientated.
